Who we are
This policy explains how Anywhere Reality Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Consult With Ari) ("we") handles personal information on the Seminary Guide website. Anywhere Reality Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Consult With Ari) is responsible for this information (the "controller" or "database owner").
What we collect and why
| Information | Why we use it | Legal basis | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email address, name and whatever you write, if you email us (for example to send a correction). The site has no forms and no accounts. | To reply to you and to correct or update the site. | Your consent, given by choosing to email us | Kept in our mailbox until the correction is dealt with, then deleted when no longer needed. Ask us and we will delete it sooner. |
| Your shortlist, checklist ticks, application tracker, cost worksheet, cookie choice and display settings | So the tools remember your work between visits. This is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. | Strictly necessary for the tools you choose to use | Until you clear it in the tool or clear your browser data. |
You are not legally required to give us this information — it is your choice. If you don't, we simply won't be able to do what you asked (for example, reply to you).
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information when you visit (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time). It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
When you contact us directly
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, your message and contact details go directly to us. We use them only to answer you and to handle your request, and we don't add you to any mailing list without your permission.
Service providers we use
We share information only with the service providers below, and only as needed for the purpose described. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Base44 (Wix.com) – Hosts this website. When you load a page, the hosting servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Base44 also counts page views for us: when a page opens, the site tells Base44 which section was viewed (for example "guides"), so we can see visit totals. The site sets no cookie for this and we don't use it to identify you. (privacy policy)
- OpenStreetMap – The map pictures on the Map page and on each seminary page. Loaded only after you agree or press "Load map". The map servers then receive your IP address and browser details. (privacy policy)
- YouTube (Google) – The schools' own videos on seminary pages. A video loads only after you press "Play video" or allow embedded media. YouTube then receives your IP address and browser details and may set cookies. (privacy policy)
- Calendly – The "Book a free call" button links to Calendly's website. Nothing is sent to Calendly unless you open that link and book there. (privacy policy)
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
